Description

Probabilistic 3D maps can be represented efficiently with octree-based structures. This helps robotics, mapping, and perception projects model occupied and free space from sensor data.

It is a mapping framework and library, not a standalone consumer map app. Results depend on sensor quality, calibration, and integration in the robotics stack.
