People with the admin role can moderate disputes, promote translations, and set policy. Any decision can be challenged via the dispute flow.

How decisions are recorded
Every relevant mutation (translation review, rating change, dispute open/resolve, data ingest) goes into audit_log with actor, action, entity, and timestamp.
Only admins see the detailed log. The aggregate total for the last 30 days is shown publicly below. Names never appear in public aggregates.

How to challenge
Anyone can open a dispute on a package page. Disputes go into the public queue and are resolved by a reviewer/admin with the decision logged.
