Adds a C client library for applications that communicate with Yubico YubiKey services or validation workflows. It is useful for developers building authentication systems that rely on YubiKey-related client operations.
This package is supporting code, not a complete login policy. Production authentication still needs secure transport, trusted validation endpoints, recovery planning, and clear user enrollment procedures.
