Description
Adds an AMD XDNA-related runtime plugin for AIE and FPGA accelerator workflows. It extends the hardware runtime stack so supported tools can use the matching backend when the right device, driver, and firmware are present.
This is a plugin, not a standalone application. It only helps systems that already use the compatible accelerator runtime and hardware stack.
