Description
Mixed encodings in IRC messages can be handled inside xchat or hexchat through a Perl script. Greek, Baltic, Cyrillic, Turkish, and similar chat users can read legacy text; chat logs and messages remain public or server-visible.

A perl script to allow reading both 8-bit ISO and utf-8 text inside xchat/hexchat. Initially intended for the greek IRC users but also works with baltic, cyrillic and turkish; probably arabic and hebrew.
