Description
AVS2-P2 video can be encoded with an open-source implementation of the IEEE1857.4 video coding standard. It is useful for media research, interoperability testing, and tools that need AVS2 output.
This is an encoder component, not a general video application. Encoding settings affect quality, size, and compatibility, so test output in the target playback or processing environment.
