Description
Files and web resources can be downloaded from the command line with a newer generation of the familiar wget-style tool. This is useful for scripts, mirrors, automation, and repeatable downloads over network protocols.
It can write files to selected paths and contact remote servers, so verify URLs, output locations, and scripts before running automated downloads. Treat downloaded content as untrusted until checked.
