Compares text word by word so changes inside lines are easier to see than with a line-only diff. It is useful for reviewing prose, documentation, translations, configuration snippets, and other text where small wording changes matter.
This is a terminal comparison tool. It reads files and prints differences; it does not merge changes by itself, so users still decide which text to keep.
