Adds Vulkan support for gfxstream-based graphics virtualization, helping guest systems use accelerated graphics provided through a host or emulator. It is useful in virtual machines, Android emulator stacks, and similar environments that rely on streamed GPU commands.
This is a graphics-driver component with no user-facing launcher. It matters only when the virtualization or emulator stack expects gfxstream Vulkan support, and driver changes can affect graphics compatibility inside the guest environment.
