Description
Monitor settings can be adjusted from a graphical control panel that uses ddcutil underneath. It is useful for changing brightness, contrast, input source, and other display controls without using physical monitor buttons.
Display control depends on monitor DDC/CI support and cable compatibility. Be careful with input-source changes on remote systems, because the screen may become temporarily inaccessible.
