Description
Requantizes DVD video streams to reduce size for backup workflows while keeping the DVD structure usable. It is useful for older DVD archiving pipelines that need faster size reduction than full re-encoding.
This is a terminal video-processing tool. Work only with media you are allowed to copy, and keep originals until the backup output has been checked.
