Cowsay-style character files can be created for ponies and similar terminal mascots. util-say is for users and script authors who customize playful text output rather than drawing each file by hand.
Generated character files affect terminal output only, but imports may read local images or cowfiles when optional helpers are used. Review source files before converting shared material.
