Declarative update policies can be evaluated and applied from the Updatecli command-line engine. updatecli-bin is for maintainers automating version bumps, dependency updates, and CI-driven repository changes.
Review manifests, credentials, and target repositories before applying updates. Policy engines can open pull requests, edit files, touch release metadata, call remote APIs, and propagate bad version rules at scale.
