Description
ZIP archives with non-Latin filenames can be unpacked with better filename encoding handling. This is useful for archives created on systems where names in Cyrillic or other scripts are otherwise decoded incorrectly.
The command extracts files to disk. Unpack untrusted archives into a dedicated folder because archive paths can overwrite or clutter files if handled carelessly.
