Large dataset transfers over long-distance links can use a UDT wrapper around rsync to improve throughput. It is intended for research or operations teams moving big files between trusted sites.
Run it with endpoints and rsync paths you control. High-throughput transfers can consume bandwidth, expose datasets, and overwrite remote files if rsync options are wrong.
