Description

Relays multicast UDP streams to clients over TCP through HTTP, helping networks serve IPTV or multicast content to clients that cannot receive multicast directly. It is useful for controlled LAN media distribution and gateway setups.

This is a network daemon. Administrators should restrict access and understand the multicast source, because relays can expose streams beyond the intended network segment.
