Description
Genome data processing can use the UCSC Kent utilities for working with bioinformatics files and services. The package installs many command-line tools from the Kent source collection.
Run individual tools from a shell on datasets you are allowed to process. Genomic data can be sensitive, and some tools may contact databases or write large intermediate files.
