Accent restoration for Turkish text can use turkish-deasciifier to convert ASCII-only Turkish into properly accented Turkish text. It helps writers and scripts clean up messages, notes, and legacy text based on Deniz Yuret turkish-mode behavior.
Run `turkish-deasciifier` from a terminal or script. Automated restoration can choose the wrong character in ambiguous words, so proofread output before publishing.
