Description

OpenRC system tuning can use tuned-openrc to install OpenRC service scripts for TuneD and tuned-ppd. It helps non-systemd systems run the same adaptive tuning and power-profile compatibility daemons.

Enable the `tuned` and `tuned-ppd` OpenRC services only after reviewing profiles. Tuning daemons can change device, power, and performance behavior.
