Japanese legacy text and ASCII art can use IPA Mona, an extended Japanese Mona font. It helps old documents, bulletin-board style layouts, terminal screenshots, and Japanese text that expects Mona-compatible spacing.
Select IPA Mona in application or terminal font settings. The package installs font files only and uses a custom license declaration.
