TCP throughput can be measured between two hosts with a small benchmarking command. It is useful for administrators who need a simple sender/receiver test without a larger network test suite.
Run `ttcp` from a terminal on systems you control. Network benchmarks can create heavy traffic or listen on ports, so coordinate tests and avoid third-party networks.
