Description
Calibrates and filters touchscreen input so Linux devices can turn raw touches into usable pointer events. This is useful for kiosks, embedded systems, point-of-sale terminals, tablets, and other hardware where touch accuracy matters.
Most users receive it as a dependency of touch-enabled software or drivers. It does not add a separate app; administrators may use its tools when configuring or troubleshooting touchscreen hardware.
