MIDI and music sequencing features can be built into applications through the TSE3 C++ engine. It is a developer library for sequencers and audio tools rather than a standalone music editor.
Link it from C++ projects that need sequencing logic. The package installs libraries and documentation, but it has no normal launcher and does not play or record audio by itself.
