Description
Network bandwidth used by selected user-space programs can be shaped without configuring a full traffic-control stack. This is useful for limiting downloads, tests, or individual commands that should not consume all available bandwidth.
The tool changes network behavior for wrapped processes only. Users should test limits and remember that it is not a full firewall or system-wide traffic policy.
