Description

Bayesian phylogenetic runs can be inspected with the BEAST Tracer desktop tool. Researchers use it to summarize posterior distributions, examine convergence, estimate effective sample sizes, and visualize parameter traces from MCMC output. The package is for scientific analysis rather than system tracing, and project data should be handled according to research privacy rules.
