ThinkPad battery thresholds can be viewed and adjusted from a tray icon. This Git package installs the tp-battery-icon command, desktop autostart entry, icons, and udev rules for tp_smapi or acpi_call access. Battery threshold changes affect charging behavior and hardware wear, so verify laptop support and kernel modules first.
