HTTP media streams can be served from torrent files without waiting for full downloads. This prebuilt TorrServer package installs a system service, binary, and storage directory for users who stream torrent media to local clients. It exposes a server process and peer-to-peer traffic, so bind address, firewall, copyright, and disk cache behavior need review.
