Description
Remote desktop access can be provided with the classic TightVNC server, viewer, Java classes, desktop launcher, and systemd service unit. Administrators install it for older VNC workflows that need both connection directions. Remote hosts, passwords, network exposure, clipboard sharing, screen contents, and unattended sessions need careful handling. The service unit should be configured deliberately before use.
