Knowledge-base notes can be managed in an Electron TiddlyWiki desktop app with automatic Git backup and a local REST API. Users install the git build when they want a private notebook that can also deploy or sync wiki content. Notes, Git remotes, local API exposure, file writes, and plugin behavior are sensitive.
