Changes Thunderbird's interface language to Lithuanian for menus, dialogs, labels, and built-in messages. It helps Lithuanian-speaking users manage email settings, folders, and warnings in Lithuanian.
It does not translate message content, attachments, or remote pages. It only localizes Thunderbird's own interface.
