Changes Thunderbird's interface language to Basque for menus, dialogs, labels, and built-in messages. It helps Basque-speaking users manage mail, contacts, and settings without relying on another interface language.
It localizes Thunderbird itself, not the content inside messages. Some add-ons or remote content may still appear in another language.
