Changes Thunderbird's interface language to Welsh for menus, dialogs, labels, and built-in messages. It helps Welsh-speaking users work with mail accounts and message tools in their preferred language.
It does not translate the content of emails, remote pages, or attachments. It only changes Thunderbird's own interface text.
