Machine-learning applications can use TensorFlow ROCm builds with ROCm-enabled shared libraries and AVX CPU optimizations. It installs libraries, headers, package metadata, or Python modules for AMD GPU acceleration; datasets, models, GPU memory use, and generated outputs are controlled by the calling project.
