Coordinates Telepathy accounts and dispatches communication channels to compatible chat or calling applications. It is a core service for older Telepathy-based desktops where messaging accounts are shared between programs.
Account dispatch affects which application receives chats or calls. Misconfiguration can make accounts appear offline or route communication to an unexpected client.
