Description
Adds IRC connectivity to the Telepathy framework, allowing compatible desktop chat clients to join IRC networks through Telepathy's connection-manager model. It is useful for legacy communication applications that still use Telepathy for accounts and presence.
IRC networks can expose usernames, channels, IP-related metadata, and public chat history. Choose networks and nicknames carefully.
