Chat bridges can relay messages between a Telegram group and an IRC channel using a Go service built from current source. It installs teleirc, teleirc@.service, sysusers, tmpfiles, and example configuration; bot tokens, IRC credentials, channel logs, public message mirroring, and moderation boundaries require explicit operator review.
