Adds the Nord-colored Tela Circle icon theme variant for desktops using the cool blue-grey Nord palette. It keeps icon styling consistent with Nord themes while preserving Tela Circle's rounded flat design.
Select the icon theme through desktop appearance settings. Some apps may retain their original icons when no themed replacement exists.
