Description
Adds Kafka integration to syslog-ng so log events can be published to Kafka topics for stream processing, analytics, or centralized observability. It is useful in environments that already use Kafka as a data pipeline backbone.
Kafka destinations can receive large volumes of sensitive logs. Validate topics, credentials, retention, and failure handling before enabling production forwarding.
