Description
Provides the syntax-highlighting engine used by KDE and Qt applications to color source code, configuration files, markup, and other structured text. It improves readability in editors, viewers, terminals, and development tools that integrate the library.
It does not add a standalone application. Users usually need it because another program depends on its highlighting definitions and rendering support.
