Description
DVD subtitle images can be extracted and converted toward text-based subtitle workflows. This package builds and installs subtitleripper, subtitle2pgm, srttool, vobsub2pgm, subtitle2vobsub, and pgm2txt. It is useful for archiving and OCR preparation; source discs and subtitle images may contain copyrighted movie dialogue.
