Description
Population structure can be inferred from multi-locus genotype datasets through the STRUCTURE scientific tool. This package builds the Java frontend and native kernel, installs them under /opt/structure, and links the structure command. It is useful for genetics researchers; genotype data can be sensitive and analyses can consume significant compute time.
