3D mesh previews appear quickly in file managers and manual thumbnail workflows. This package installs the stl-thumb renderer, thumbnailer configuration, and supporting library files for producing previews of STL files. It is useful for makers, CAD users, and 3D printing workflows; users normally see its output through a file manager or run the command manually.
