FTP sessions can be navigated from a fullscreen terminal interface instead of memorizing individual commands. This ncurses client presents the remote directory in an interactive view for browsing and file transfer. It is useful for administrators and users of legacy FTP servers; FTP may expose credentials and file contents unless protected by the surrounding network.
