Wayland idle behavior can be managed from a Rust command and optional systemd user service. The package installs `stasis`, `stasis.service`, and an example Rune configuration. It can trigger locking, audio, notification, or power actions, so idle rules should be tested to avoid unwanted suspends or missed locks.
