Model management for Stable Diffusion can be handled from the prebuilt Stability Matrix desktop package manager. The package installs the extracted binary under `/opt/stabilitymatrix`, the desktop entry, icon, and writable data directory. It can download models and launch AI image workflows, so disk use, network sources, and generated content should be supervised.
