Description
Image upscaling can use the prebuilt SRMD ncnn Vulkan binary and bundled model wrapper. The package installs `srmd-ncnn-vulkan`, places the upstream executable and models under `/usr/share/srmd-ncnn-vulkan`, and runs from the terminal. It can overwrite or generate image files, so output choices and GPU driver support matter.
