Description
Image upscaling can run locally through SRMD neural-network models accelerated with ncnn and Vulkan. The source package builds `srmd-ncnn-vulkan` and installs model files under `/usr/share/srmd-ncnn-vulkan`. It reads and writes image files, so output paths, GPU availability, and batch inputs should be checked.
