Adds audio DSP routines derived from Speex, such as echo cancellation, resampling, jitter buffering, and voice-processing helpers. Developers use it in communication, recording, and real-time audio software.
It is a library, not an audio settings panel. Real quality depends on microphone hardware, latency, sample rates, and how the application configures processing.
