Description
A machine can be checked for exposure and mitigations related to Spectre, Meltdown, and later transient-execution CPU vulnerabilities. This helps administrators understand whether firmware, kernel, microcode, and configuration are reducing known risks.
The script reports security posture and may need elevated access for complete checks. Results should be interpreted with hardware, kernel version, and performance tradeoffs in mind.
