Description

Tor bridge traffic can be carried through temporary WebRTC proxies with the Snowflake pluggable transport. The `snowflake-pt-client` binary is meant to be called by Tor or compatible launchers during anti-censorship connections. Network metadata, proxy selection, and local censorship risk should be considered before use.
